Xenon Connect streamlined the user sign up process

I initially analysed the Xenon Connect website using various desktop & mobile browsers at different resoutions. I was able to identify initial user experience improvements that could be made to enable potential new clients to signup for a free trial account or partner account faster.

Once I'd identified potential improvements I used website monitoring software to record user sessions. This enabled me to confirm my earlier findings and identify new areas of improvement highlighted by real visitor activity.

Once the changes were implemented by Xenon Connect's developers an already well optimised and highly converting website saw improvements in both number of new client signups and speed of navigating the signup process.
