Already working with a PPC agency or internal expert?
I am happy to audit the work of PPC agencies or staff you have working on PPC on your behalf. It is prudent to periodically check that your management fee and/or staff hours are being well spent.
Don't always assume just because an agency is large they are working for you effectively. I've previously audited the work of one of the most well known names in the industry on behalf of a client and found both their work and reporting to be below par. Once the client left the agency they saw increases in new clients and savings on ad spend.
Red flags that you should audit your agency-run campaigns include:
- A lack of access to your account
- No regular performance reporting
- Very basic reporting that only shows traffic (rather than leads & sales)
- A lack of conversion tracking
- Your agency haven't requested access to your Google Analytics account (or set one up for you)
- Your Google Ads account is not sharing date with your Google Analytics account
